Baldivis is where we started, and it's still where most of our week happens. If you're anywhere between the town centre and the new estates further south, there's a decent chance we've already been on your street.
Being based here means less travel time built into every quote and more flexibility on when we can fit you in. Baldivis usually has the most same-week availability of anywhere we service. Newer estates also tend to mean wide driveways and easy access, which just makes the job faster and the finish more thorough.

Questions
Before you book in Baldivis.
What do you need from me on the day?
An outside tap and a standard power point, plus room to open the doors fully. That's it. You don't need to be home as long as we can get to the car and reach both.
How much space do you need?
A standard driveway or a single parking bay with about a metre clear on each side. We can work in apartment car parks and office lots as long as there's room to open the doors fully.
How long will it take?
Essential runs about two hours, Premium about four. Larger vehicles can add time. We'll confirm the window when you book so you're not guessing.
What suburbs do you cover?
Baldivis and the surrounding southern corridor, including Rockingham, Secret Harbour, Port Kennedy, Warnbro, Waikiki, Safety Bay, Wellard, Kwinana and down to Mandurah. Outside that radius there's a small travel fee, which we'll tell you about before you commit.
Do you detail SUVs, utes and 4WDs?
Yes. $199 and $299 cover hatches, sedans, SUVs and dual cabs at the one flat price, with no size upcharge. If you're in a van, bus or something genuinely oversized, message us first and we'll confirm timing before you book.
What happens if it rains?
We'll call you the morning of and reschedule at no cost. Perth weather being Perth weather, this happens occasionally and we'd rather move the booking than do half a job.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave and we'll fix it on the spot. If you spot something after we've gone, call within 48 hours and we'll come back. No argument, no charge.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer once the job is done and you've had a look over it. Nothing upfront. We do ask for 24 hours notice to cancel. Inside that window there's a 50% fee, since the slot can't be refilled.
How far in advance do I need to book in Baldivis?
Because we're based here, Baldivis usually has the best availability of anywhere we cover, often within a day or two on weekdays. Weekends fill up first, so book those a little earlier.
